Job Oppurtunity in San Antonio, TX

GC is looking for a reliable, professional handy man/maintenance person to do work on rental properties in San Antonio. I need someone who can basically do it all from minor repairs to gutting, cleaning and painting of an entire house. Someone who can do the following, tape, float, texture and paint, demo, installation of flooring, sheetrock, drywall, yard work. This would be basically M-F from 8-5 (sometimes later depending on the job) and occasionally some weekend work. We work with a Property Management Company in San Antonio and need someone who can do this work. A clean appearance is a must, no tank tops, holes in jeans, shorts, etc. Someone who can be on time and be professional at all times as well You will be required at times do go to a property, meet with the tenant and give bids, which you would do the measurements, walk through home, see what materials would be needed and how long the job would take to complete, turn the info into me and we put a bid together and wait for approval. ( if you have a crew you use that is fine too, I can work with that)
