What is the Role?
? Coordinating Sales Meetings/Events/Tradeshows with Clients and Prospects
? Schedule pertinent Speakers, Subject Matter Experts and Sales Team for events
? Manage logistics and venue coordination for events/tradeshows
? Create itineraries or agendas for meeting
? Track and analyze feedback from events to provide continuous success
? Various other administrative duties
What is the Ideal Background?
? Strong Event/Meeting/Tradeshow planning experience
? Excellent Communication skills ? both written and oral
? High level attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
? Ability to think on your feet
? Creative
? Customer service mentality
? Must have Microsoft Office Skills ? particularly Outlook and Word
? Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
