This unit is absolutely bone dry with no odors! There has been no smoking or pets in this unit. This very comfortable set up includes air conditioner, large fridge, microwave, toilet, inside/outside shower, double stainless sink, remote electric jacks, solar panel, range, and upgraded memory foam mattress. There is extra storage space in the floor. This uses one 20 pound propane tank. There is also a flat screen TV in the unit.
