Hunting Lease in San Antonio, TX

We were on this lease last year and we saw one doe. This is nothing more than a hog lease. Please see below. You might also want to do a search on FM 1024 and Anthrax and see what you discover, there has definitely been something going on and the animals have not recovered. I am not saying it is disease, but between disease and fires the game animals have left. Save your money, or prepare to be disappointed. This place was not worth the cost of fuel to even go there. I am one who may not even pull the trigger during the year, but do like to be able to sit in the blind and see something. 95% of our sits, we saw absolutely nothing. Had turkeys come in once and pigs on occasion at night.
I am sure there are still great leases in the area that have game and have been managed properly, however, this is not one of them. Brewer-Latham ranch, Price Ranches LLC
